Does Melusine Invalidate Ibuki (Fate/Grand Order)

Today I address a question that I’ve been getting ever since Ruler Melusine released over about a year ago. Spoilers for people that actually read the description, Melusine is better but Ibuki will still be fine. The gap between these two is notable but it’s not that large, at least not large enough that Ibuki has been forced out of viability.
