[FGO] “The new 70 NP Battery Arts Looper Meta ?”

Idunno why but in the span of 2 months we got 3 units that can do this alr :
Space Eresh, BB Dubai, and Kiara.

This kind of units allows double castoria to NP if they have maxed out
append 2s while only using party NP batteries.

You can use this to push damage for lower NP level units or bruteforce higher HP nodes.
