There are a lot of broken weapons in Elden Ring, the most notable being the iron balls and star fists. The Elden Ring DLC actually introduced a similar somber variant of these weapons called the poisoned hand. Its literally a glove you put on your hands. This weapon is totally super balanced and should not be nerfed.
